How to File a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Document the Issue

• Gather your original receipt or order confirmation
• Note the purchase date and product details

Warranty Conditions

Proof of Purchase Required Always keep your original receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase date and warranty coverage. Normal Use Only Warranties apply only to furniture used in residential settings under normal conditions. Original Owner Only Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Proper Care Required Following our care instructions is required to maintain warranty coverage.
