How to File a Warranty Claim
Step 1: Document the Issue- Take clear photos of the problem
- Gather your original receipt or order confirmation
- Note the purchase date and product details
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
- Your contact information
- We’ll review your claim within 48 hours
- Additional photos or information may be requested
- An inspection may be scheduled if needed
- Repair: Professional repair at no cost
- Replacement: New item or equivalent model
- Refund: Store credit or partial refund (case-by-case basis)
Warranty Conditions
Proof of Purchase Required Always keep your original receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase date and warranty coverage. Normal Use Only Warranties apply only to furniture used in residential settings under normal conditions. Original Owner Only Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. - Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources
- Use coasters and placemats
- Polish with recommended products only
- Vacuum regularly
- Clean spills immediately
- Rotate and flip cushions
- Professional cleaning recommended annually
- Clean with appropriate cleaners
- Avoid abrasive materials
- Dry immediately after cleaning
