SHIPPING

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All prices are in pounds sterling (£). Payment methods are limited to those presented on the Check Out page. VAT is included in prices for stock garments and other items where applicable. Postage charges will be made as detailed on the Check Out page.

All items are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order and payment*. All items are dispatched via 1st class post using Royal Mail. If you wish to have your order sent by special delivery – such as recorded or guaranteed next day delivery – please contact our team and this can be arranged at an additional cost.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes.

Please be aware that customers outside the UK may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, permits or other local regulations. These charges must be paid by the recipient. As customs rules differ greatly between countries, we recommend checking your local requirements before completing your order

Little Stars Leotards accepts no responsibility for any customs charges or import duties incurred.

Little Stars cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All items are normally dispatched within 48 hours* of receiving the order and payment. If you have any questions or special requests please contact us directly.

* Exceptions

1. If your order contains any pre-order items, all items will be posted as one order – please refer to the dates specified on your pre-order item. If you have mistakenly added an item you would like delivered sooner please contact us and we can arrange for this for a small charge.

2. All personalised / Club Store items have an approx lead time of 1-2 weeks.

3. Seasonal / Sales might take slightly longer if there is increased demand.

How do I place an Order?

Placing and order is simple, you can either make a purchase online, call us on  + 44 1322 310060 or arrange an appointment at our our shop which is in Bexleyhealth, London UK. We regularly attend gymnastics events and clubs around the UK.

Can I Return a Product?

Please note that personalised, secret santa and club orders cannot be returned – refer to our Returns Policy page for full details.
