Maria’s design philosophy was shaped early by her grandmother’s workshop in rural Denmark, where she learned that every piece of wood has a story to tell. Years spent collaborating with artisans in Morocco, studying Japanese joinery techniques, and exploring the vibrant markets of Mexico City have infused her designs with unexpected textures, bold accents, and innovative approaches to space and light.
